There is no cost or obligation to participate except for the following requirements to receive your photos:1) Participating agents will be required to sign a Limited License Agreement to use of the photography. Headshots remain property of original photographer.

2) Agents agree to join the Facebook group for SoCaRealEstateAgents.com (membership is at NO COST and can be withdrawn by agent at any time)

3) Agents agree to receive communications from SoCalRealEstateAgents.com or our participating select service providers in the form or email or text messages to the data points provided to us during registration. Agents can OPT OUT of receiving messages at any time. Every email and text contains out out links or information to disable future communications.

Availability of free headshots is limited and subject to change without notice. Agents agree to hold SoCaRealEstatePros.com and it's providers, co-participants, hosts, employees, members and board members harmless in the acceptance of the registration for free headshot and agree that service may be suspended, canceled, revoked, changed or amended at any time without recourse.

NO WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

The process to obtain your free headshot is as follows: 1) Register for notifications here (or visit https://www.nochargeheadshot.com/register-for-free-headshot ) and supply your valid name and contact points for registration, while also agreeing to the terms and conditions. 2) When a photoshoot is planned for an area nearest you, we will contact you will a link to a live calendar of available dates & times. Select the date, time & location that works best for you and look for your confirmation email/text message acknowledgement. 3) Arrive to the shoot at the designated time & date and sit with our professional photographer for your headshot. The final photo image file(s) will be sent to you electronically in various formats, resolutions and sizes for common usage (such as email signatures, brochures, business cards, signage and more).

By using our site, participating in the registration process, attending the photoshoot and or using, downloading or distributing the images we produce, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.

PHOTOGRAPHIC LICENSE

With your photo delivery you will receive a form for electronic signature, which provides to you a license for your use of the photo image(s). Retain this form with your important business documents as proof of your right to use the image(s). You agree that we may use the images in representative samples for marketing purposes of our free headshot program. No endorsement will expressed or implied.

Our store is hosted on trusted secure servers and 3rd party hosts. They may provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then 3rd party hosts or gateways may store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All services and products are non-consumer-cancellable. Once purchased any service or voucher, order or due bill for any service, or service related order is not refundable, cancellable, or returnable.

Once booked, any service is final and can not be changed without additional cost, which in some cases exceeds the original cost.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. As a reminder, any service is also exempt from return or refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Special order, discounted, sale or promotional items

* Custom made, customized or personalized items

* Seasonal items

* Items which are “front loaded”, such as travel, temporary or commonly bought & returned items

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* All services

To complete your product return, we require a receipt proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

You MUST notify us prior to initiating any product return or request for refund. Items returned to us with a Return Merchandise Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box are subject to immediate disposal or return to sender action by us without recourse.

Once your return is properly received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Unfortunately promotional sale items and all services, cannot be refunded. Services are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@designbuildbrands.com and send your item to the address we provide by return instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift voucher will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

COMMUNICATIONS

We periodically share special announcements, email invitations, newsworthy information and promotional messages to our clients, former clients, contacts, friends and networking associates we've met along the way, via email, text, US mail or other means. Your use of our services gives us permission to do so, but you may opt out at ANY TIME. We maintain a strict policy against SPAM and we will never sell your information. You can permanently remove your email from our systems and block all future messages by clicking HERE. You can also reply to any email, text or electronic message with the word :STOP: to be automatically removed from the applicable list.
